Mutton Dishes

There are a number of popular Indian and Pakistani mutton dishes available at BiryaniKabab.  The mutton is seasoned with many herbs and spices and cooked either in a Karahi (a thick, circular deep dished vessel similar to a chinese wok), or in a cooking pot.
Indian and Pakistani Mutton dishes can be combined with a variety of vegetables as well to augment the flavour.
